Technical/Work Experience

  • Networking using a peer to peer hybrid wireless-wired network

Proven leadership skills, including motivating other staff to achieve company objectives. An effective communicator at all levels within an organisation. Good problem solving and analytical skills. Computer literate with home and small business networking experience including hardware upgrades / repairs and software installation. Excellent customer facing skills; diplomatic and patient. Ability to train staff and customers in the use of equipment (including the production of my own training video and manual for engineers).  Honesty and integrity at all times. Quick learner.
